John Creaser and Greg Creaser are the owners and Directors of Ace Body Corporate Management (Pakenham & Peninsula) and are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.  John and Greg are Level 2 Certified Strata Community Managers and manage over 140 body corporates in areas around Pakenham, Cranbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

John Creaser has been a Body Corporate Manager for 5 years and is dedicated to providing all of his lot owners with professional service and helpful advice about their strata property. John has proven facilitation and conflict resolution skills and understands the importance of good customer service.  He has over 30 years’ experience as a client and project manager in service industries such as engineering services, waste management, utilities and human resources consulting and this experience has provided him with good financial and project management skills.

Greg Creaser has been working as a Body Corporate Manager for the past 4 years.  Greg has a professional background in the hospitality industry and this has provided Greg with a wealth of experience and skills in the area of business management, conflict resolution skills and customer service.
