Ace Body Corporate Management (Northcote / Collingwood) is owned and operated by Michael Houdalakis.  Michael has been managing Owners Corporations for 15+ Years.   

Michael was one of the original Ace Managers.  Michael and his team personally manage the Collingwood, Northcote, Fitzroy, North, Fitzroy & Abbotsford areas.

Michael has established great working relationships with Owners Corporation members, realtors, Property Managers and local tradespeople in the area.

Michael and his team have worked hard and earnt a reputation of offering a service which bridges the gap between many Owners Corporation Managers and their members.

Michael holds a  Bachelor of Science Degree and Associate Diploma in Mathematics & Computing.   He has prior experience as an IT Corporate Consultant with one of Australia’s largest publicly listed companies where he managed the implementation and support of high end corporate networks for approximately 10,000 staff nationwide.

Michael is also an SCA qualified Certified Practicing Strata Manager (CPSM).  Areas of particular interest are OC legislation, Information technology, business development, property, finance and operations.

Michael’s priorities are his family and his business! He is married to Mary Houdalakis and together they have 3 children – Stephanie, Lukas & Nicholas.  

Michael’s personal interests include spending time with his family outdoors, AFL football, golf and travelling.
