Anne Yeates and Nick Weekes are the Owners Corporation Managers of Ace Body Corporate Management (Phillip Island), and are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.

Nick Weekes
Nick specialises in providing quality and professional body corporate expertise to members and developers involved in bodies corporate in the Phillip Island region.

Prior to setting up Ace Body Corporate Management (Phillip Island), Nick had many years experience at corporate level before setting up his own recycling business in 1982. Being heavily involved in the recycling industry, he has gained great knowledge in customer service, administration and marketing.

After selling his business in 1999, Nick worked in the real estate industry and was involved in the selling of units in bodies corporate. It was a natural extension to pursue his interest in body corporate management by joining the Ace team.

Anne has become a member of the Ace team after owning her own building construction firm and has over 20 years experience as an administration and coordination manager for the building industry.

Ann has a passion for regional Victoria and especially enjoys Phillip Island
